Privacy policy

Version of 15 September 2026

In plain words: what data the davidnaumenko.com website collects, why, where it is stored and how to delete it.

In short

  • Without your consent the site does not turn on analytics and does not set its cookies.
  • Requests from the form are read by me alone.
  • I do not sell the data and do not use it for advertising.
  • You can have the data deleted or withdraw your consent at any time.

Who is responsible for the data

David Naumenko, a developer of websites, CRMs and Telegram bots. For any question about data, write to davido.naumenko@gmail.com.

Requests sent through the form

What is collected: your name, a contact to reach you (a Telegram username, an email address or a phone number – whichever you give), and a description of the task. If you arrived through a tagged link (from Instagram, for example), those tags and the address of the site you came from are added to the request.

Why: so that I can reply to you and discuss the task. This data is not used for anything else.

How it works: the request goes through a Cloudflare server and is forwarded to me in Telegram straight away. The contents of the request are not stored on the Cloudflare server; the request itself is kept in my Telegram chat.

If you write to me directly on Telegram or by email, that correspondence is stored in those services under their own rules.

Analytics – only with your consent

If you pressed “Accept” in the cookie window, Google Analytics is switched on. It shows me the general picture: how many people visit, which sections they look at, which buttons they press, where they come from, what device they use and which country or city they are in. Names, contact details and the text of requests never reach analytics. According to Google, Google Analytics does not store IP addresses.

Google’s advertising features are switched off on this site: the data is not used for advertising or personalisation.

If you pressed “Decline” or made no choice at all, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.

Technical data

Like any website, this one passes some data to the services it cannot run without:

  • GitHub Pages – website hosting. GitHub may record visitors’ IP addresses in technical logs to protect against attacks.
  • Google Fonts – the site’s fonts. When they load, your browser passes your IP address to Google.
  • Cloudflare – forwarding of requests from the form. May record technical details of the request (IP address, time) in security logs.

The servers of these services may be located in other countries, including the USA and the EU.

How long I keep it

  • Requests – for as long as we are in touch and working together. If we do not come to an agreement, I delete them after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
  • Analytics data – 14 months, after which Google deletes it automatically.

Your rights

At any time you can:

  • find out what data about you I hold;
  • ask me to correct or delete it;
  • withdraw your consent to analytics;
  • complain to the data protection authority in your country.

For the first three, it is enough to write to davido.naumenko@gmail.com. I reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Changes

If anything changes – a new service appears, for example – I will update this page and the date at the top.
